My name is Lisa and I would like to welcome you to my home-based reflexology and massage business,  where relaxation and comfort come first.

My home treatment room is a calming, cosy and inviting space where you can take time out from the stresses of everyday life and allow yourself to relax and recharge.

Calming music, dimmed lighting, a heated massage couch (in winter) and plenty of fluffy blankets make for an exceptionally relaxing experience.

  Reflexology is a non-invasive relaxing holistic treatment suitable for all, no matter what age, and is safe to be used alongside standard healthcare.
   

• Reflexology for Menopause - 60mins - £45
  Hot flushes, night sweats, sleep problems, low moods, irritability, these are but a few of the symptoms of perimenopause and menopause. The deeply relaxing effects of this specific form of reflexology can be effective in reducing these symptoms.
   

• Bergman Method Facial Reflexology -
  35mins/60mins - £32/£45
  A relaxing oil based massage to the chest, arms, neck and face before applying specialised massage techniques to specific reflex points of the face.
   

• Indian Head Massage - 30mins - £30
  This treatment is based on the old Ayurvedic techniques working on the shoulders, upper back, neck, face and scalp. With the use of oils a variety of massage techniques are used to help relieve accumulated tension and stress, and stimulate circulation. Clients will be in a seated position and hair will get messy!
   

• Back and Shoulder Massage - 30mins - £30
  A mix of two deeply relaxing treatments, 30mins back and shoulders with blended aromatherapy oils followed by the amazing Bergman Method Facial Reflexology with the added extra head massage.
   

• Full Body Massage - 60mins - £55

  A relaxing treatment for the whole body combining nourishing massage oil with the rhythmic massage techniques of effleurage, petrissage, friction and tapotement. 
   

• Natural Lift Revitalising Facial Massage  - 60mins - £48
  This revitalising treatment begins with a massage of the chest, top of arms, neck, shoulders and face and then works on the facial acupressure points to help tone and tighten the connective tissues and muscles to achieve younger looking healthier skin, followed by facial reflexology to help reduce stress and tension.
   

• Drift Away - 90mins - £65
  Drift away with a relaxing back and shoulder massage using a dreamy aromatherapy blend massage oil and then continue on your drift away journey whilst enjoying the therapeutic benefits of reflexology and all without having to get up from the massage couch.
   

• Head in the Clouds - 90mins - £65
  Indian Head Massage, based on the Ayurvedic techniques, using oils whilst working on the upper back and shoulders, arms and hands, neck, face and scalp. Then continue on your cloud whilst receiving a relaxing therapeutic Reflexology treatment. Yes your hair will get messy!

  A heavenly reflexology based top-to-toe treatment beginning with a deeply relaxing Facial Reflexology Massage to calm and soothe the mind and body before moving to the feet for continued relaxation with therapeutically beneficial Reflexology.
