Welcome to 'The House of Wellbeing', We are pleased to find you here because it means you are wanting to give back to yourself, or you are looking to treat a loved one to some care and attention. Great, you have come to the right place.

Too often we do not give ourselves what we need and end up feeling depleted, burnt out, tired and drained. Our energy levels feel low and our focus is weakened. We wonder why life feels challenging, like we are wading through mud or trying to run uphill all of the time. We put off looking after ourselves and prioritise other things which we feel are urgent or more important. The reality is, we will always have things which we need to do or complete, but if we are constantly putting those things first, our own needs will always get missed. We fall into a pattern of giving out our energy and forgetting to fill ourself back up again.

 

It is becoming more frequent in our busy lives that we leave our own needs behind. Here at 'The House of Wellbeing', your health, happiness and overall wellness are a priority. This means looking after both your mindset and the body you live in.

We aim to offer a space where you and your needs can be explored. Our services are here to assist in supporting your overall wellbeing.

Body

​

- A relaxing massage to give your body some nurture and down time with options to personalise your treatment to ensure you get what you are looking for.

- A sports massage to heal and aid your body with recovery.

​

Mindset

​

- Some coaching sessions to gain some motivation and direction in your life.

​

- Counselling to help you with your personal goals and build a deeper awareness of yourself. Please note, this is not available to massage clients.

Emotional Regulation

​

- Some additional talk time around your massage for emotional support and overall wellbeing. 

​

-Soundwave experience after a massage treatment to further alleviate stress and to your body's nervous system recover from daily pressure.

Whatever you you decide is right for you now, all of them play a huge part in our overall wellbeing and we want to support you where we can. Looking after your body, mindset and emotional regulation are essential, and all connected in rounded health.
